Return Policy

We are committed to customer satisfaction, product quality, and timely service. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer a specific return policy on some products.

Many of our items can't be returned because they are digestible.

If you have any questions or concerns about any of our products, please contact us directly at or call us at 1-360-420-7614. We will assess each scenario on a case by case basis. 

Return Policy for Cold Laser & Massage Gun

In the unlikely event you don't like the item, we will refund you for the purchase price of the unit, less all shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee up to two weeks from the date you received and the units must be in re-sellable condition. After 14 days but before 30 days we will refund you the purchase price less shipping and a 30% restocking fee as we cannot sell these units as new like. 

If you want to return a cold laser or massage gun past 30 days since the date of purchase you will need to contact customer service to discuss options available.

Return Policy for Equilime 

 If you cannot use Equilume and it is still sealed in box, up opened you can return to Equilume for a restock fee of $20 per mask within 14 days.

Cold Laser & Massage Gun Shipping

You can order the massage gun and/or cold laser directly from the website if in United States, Canada, Australia, France, Ireland, UK, Germany, Finland, New Zealand. Please contact us for a custom quote on shipping for other countries not listed.

USA Shipping

Shipping rates apply to shipments within the Continental United States only.  Please call for shipping rates outside the Continental United States.  
  • Many of our items ship directly from the Manufacturer and require a physical address and cannot be delivered to a PO Box.  These shipping charges are designated by each specific manufacturer.
  • Items Shipping Directly from Brandenburg Equine Therapy will be shipped Via UPS Ground or USPS Priority and are determined by weight. Items shipped via USPS and UPS are insured for $100. If you want additional insurance contact us for a quote to insure the item.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable on all purchases

International Shipping

  • We advise you check with your local customs on whether the products requested will be allowed entrance into your country.
  • All Customs, Brokerage, tariffs, duty charges, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • For international shipping on products contact us for a quote.
